30 mins in a smoky bar makes your arteries sticky

This poster was produced by the Heart Foundation.

The small print reads: "Research shows that even short-term exposure to second-hand smoke does real damage. Spend just 30 minutes in a smoky bar, and you will damage the lining of your arteries, your blood will become more sticky, and you will increase your risk of heart attack or stroke."

The poster is out of print, but is available here as a JPG image, by clicking the link under Resources, to the right.
